Terms to Know
Temporary/Contract Personnel
ANR maintains a database of over 100,000 qualified candidates from a wide range of disciplines. Temporary or contract placements allow client companies to scale their teams based on project needs—whether short-term or long-term.
Contingency Search
This is a performance-based recruiting model. ANR conducts a targeted search for full-time, direct-hire candidates. The client only pays if they hire someone presented by ANR. This service is ideal for organizations seeking hard-to-find, high-quality candidates beyond typical job boards.
Retained Search
In a retained search, a client pays a portion of the service fee upfront for a dedicated recruiter to focus exclusively on one or more open positions. This approach supports strategic, high-priority hiring.
OFCCP Compliance
As a federal contractor, ANR follows guidelines set by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). This includes using non-comparative, objective Basic Qualifications for all open positions to ensure fairness and compliance in candidate evaluations.
Outplacement Services
When companies undergo restructuring or layoffs, ANR offers customized support for impacted employees. Services may include resume writing, interview preparation, job search coaching, and emotional support to help individuals transition successfully into new roles.
